WINTER TRAINING
Winter training Starts Tuesday Dec. 6
3:30-4:30 Lacrosse Skills Training in the Dome (Tuesday only)
4:45-5:45 Training with lifetime Game face Trainer (Tuesday & Thursday)
GNLL Winter lacrosse league
Sundays January 1st through March 5th
Boy's High School Winter Field Season provides a fun, safe and supportive environment where area high school players can compete, learn and grow.
Participating teams play 10 regular season games across 10 playable weeks running January- March at conveniently located regional host sites. Games run on the hour and consist of four 12-minute quarters.
The league provides the following for each game:
• Certified UMLOA officials
• Certified EMT's equipped with AED's
• Professional Site Managers / Scorekeepers
• Mobile-responsive schedules, statistics, and standings.

Effective January 1, 2022, shoulder pads for boys’ field players must be designed for lacrosse and meet NOCSAE standard ND200.
